I failed today, how soon can I retake exactly?

I have struggled to find the exact dates that I am allowed to retake an exam. I see generic responses and general ideas, but no definitive answers. I failed REG today with a 74 and I want to take it again ASAP. I realize that I can’t sign up for 24 hours per NASBA, but after that period of time when am I allowed to retake this exam or any filed exam for that matter?

When did you take REG? If you took it in this window, the earliest you can take it (theoretically) is January 1. You can schedule your exam ANYDAY you want (like even the VERY next day, if you can find a spot even), provided if you have your NTS. I don't know what state you're in, but CA provides a reprint application feature on their site. When I was reapplying, I waited until the site ALLOWED me to click it and reprinted my application. It'll take 24-48 hours.

If your state has a FAST turnover (unlike CA), like you'll get your NTS by this window, then schedule it for next window.
