Log in,pick a topic, read it, if you have something to contribute, scroll down, there is a post box, type in your comments or suggestions then press send post at the end of the box. Your comments should appear under the topic you chose, you'll know it's there because you will see your user name or forum name. Please no explaination points (!!!) or all cap (NOOOO), some might take it a little personal.

There should be a box at the bottom left of the page to enter your comment.

On the top left of the box should have the word “Post”.
On the bottom right of the box should have the “Send Post” box.

When I first created my account, there was a glitch, so I didn't have the “Post” box.
I had to email the admin to get it fixed.

Another glitch that I've encountered is that sometimes I'll login, and then when the page loads after I submit my login information, it doesn't show me logged in – instead, it shows the login information boxes again. If this happens, you can't post, cause you're not logged in. All I've found to fix this is just to wait and try again later. Given that you were able to post an initial thread, I'm assuming that wasn't the problem at that moment, but may be a problem at times. I've tried clearing cookies/cache and that doesn't seem to help any, so I just wait a bit and come back later.
