How to recover from a fail?

So I won’t know the scores until tonight but I am preparing for the worst. In case I do fail AUD with whatever score I may get how should I approach the retake? Should I take it again in the next window since some of the topics are still fresh or should I go through all the sections first and then do the retakes? I have already scheduled for FAR in April.

I always prepare for a fail and hope for the best. I tell my wife and others, “Worse case scenario, I get to study all this material again and become even more proficient at it.” I look at it as an opportunity to learn more.

I would stick with AUD. Don't skip around. That was my mistake and I failed 3 exams straight (FAR/BEC/AUD) then I stuck with AUD and passed. I also studied it as if I never studied it before.

THendry, your logic somewhat makes sense. Taking the 2nd time does give me the opportunity to learn more about the subject. Do you recommend jumping right back into the material? or take it in the 2nd window?

Thank you for your response! Why would you claim your other fail in FAR and BEC is associated with not sticking to AUD?

I would stick with AUD and push FAR back to the end of April/May window. Stick with it while it is fresh, but don't study to earn a few more points, study for 75 points +.

I took FAR (failed), then moved to BEC (failed), then moved on to AUD (failed), and then stuck with AUD immediately after failing and passed. Each time I would not study at all until I got my score results. I would take it in the 2nd window for sure, that gives you enough time. I would reschedule FAR until you get AUD complete. You should have enough time (should you not pass) to retake AUD beginning April. Let's hope you don't have to though. Good luck.

I see. Thanks, that may be the best approach. I also hope I won't have to retake AUD. Keeping fingers crossed. Thanks guys!
