If it were me, for any amount of time between retakes, I would start from scratch and go through everything all over again. Its only been a few months for you, you have a lot more retained than you probably think and can build on that. I will be retaking REG too, hopefully in July. Every time I've had to retake an exam, I'm amazed at how much more I pick up on the material even on the subjects I “thought” I had nailed down the first time. So I recommend starting all over, I think your score will increase drastically. Good luck to you!

I just took REG earlier this month after studying off and on for the last 6 months. I too, got really busy with tax season and was not able to muster too many study hours. Anyway, I forgot some of the business law concepts – negotiable instruments, contacts, etc. and the SEC stuff. If I was to do it all over again, I'd keep studying the not so familiar material – maybe do 30 questions a day. That way some of the stuff would eventually sink in.

If you have a 2 month study window and you study some concepts in week 1 by the time your at the end of your study window you may have forgot some things. My suggestion is to keep studying these areas even if it's a dozon or so question a day
