In June I used becker and realized i wasnt learning anything from it so i switched to ninja mcq, notes as a learning tool (bad decision should’ve just gotten ninja book) and got ninja MCQ the last two weeks before my test. I got a 62.

In july I decided to go all out and i purchased the ninja book to supplement my MCQ, notes and audio and i felt like i understood the material well enough to pass. I ended up getting a 73, so an 11 point increase but not good enough. My score report showed comparable for everything except a stronger on NFP, and weaker on sims. I know sims are my weak point, so I’m gunna focus in on those a little extra this time.

I plan on going through the ninja book again, then hitting ninja MCQ thru every single question, and then going back to re-write my notes. Then depending on how I feel i might go back and buy the wiley test bank as a second test bank because i think i have memorized most of ninja MCQ. I also want to get the whole ten point combo – so i will be adding Blitz as a review for 2-3 days before, using the flashcards and ninja MCQ audio to listen to while commuting to work. So all in all, i plan to follow the ninja method more this time by adding flashcards, blitz, and ninja MCQ audio in addition to adding a second test bank (leaning towards Wiley). I plan on studying for about 6 weeks, 30 hours a week (I’m working full time in public accounting so weekends are going to be key). Any tips or suggestions are welcome!
