How do I access IRC literature?

    NASBA sent me a link for AICPA authoritative literature but under my library, I see only 2 sections, Audit and FASB. Where is IRC literature? IRS.gov takes me to the Cornell law website. Also when we sit for actual exam, will we have access to the entire IRS code or just only sections that related to the questions???
