How are Simulations Graded?

So I was working through an AUD mock exam with Becker, and one of the simulations asked me what paragraphs of the audit report should be modified given for a few scenarios. When I looked over the results, Becker graded my sim as if I had gotten the entire scenario wrong, even though only I only got one or two of the parts wrong. I emailed Becker support about their grading and they told me that the AICPA grades the entire scenario row as incorrect even if I only got one part of the row wrong. Does anyone know if this is accurate? It doesn’t seem accurate to grade an entire row of answers wrong because I got one cell wrong.

    Thanks!

I'm also interested in this question. I, too, use Becker and have found that if I put the correct response (say an account to a JE) on the second line as opposed to the first line, the line “sometimes” shows up as incorrect. Tracking.

I'm tired of operating in fear and mediocrity. It's time to try. It's time to do. It's time to go.
