Help. Cant print NTS. Service Unavailable

    Trying to print my NTS and when I click on the little eye icon to view my NTS it takes me to a page that says this service is unavailable. I have tried different browsers. This happen to anyone else?

    Same problem tried the same methods. Hope it’s resolved by tomorrow seems like the system is down.

    My exams tomorrow so im not sure what to do

    Checked again today still nothing. AICPA office opens at 5 PM on Sundays Eastern Time. I'd try again then and call NASBA at 1(866)-696-2722. If that fails, try rescheduling your exam on Prometric. Mine's Tuesday and also still have to print my NTS.

    Hi all,

    I called the NASBA services and I was told to call at 8 am tommorrow and they will email NTS. My exam is at 9.30 am and I hope they email it asap!!!! Also, keep checking the website. IT is aware of this issue and working on it.
