Is it a futile exercise to practice sims that I got on my failed FAR exam? I’ll run through them quickly either way, but just wondering if anyone has any experience with this

I haven't taken FAR yet so I can't speak to that exam.. but I took AUD 3 times and didn't see any repeats. I imagine they have 100's if not 1000's of sims to pick from when the test is generated so the odds of getting a repeat seem slim. I wouldn't bank on getting a repeat, that's for sure.

How do you know the SIMs that were on your failed exam? You memorized the questions?

I agree with the above comment- I've never gotten a repeat.

I got a repeat SIM on my FAR retake.

I've seen repeat SIMs before. It happens, though it isn't necessarily very likely. If you know them, run through them, but I wouldn't spend a ton of time on them.

I got a repeat sim for AUD as well. Did not know how to answer until I try the practice test recently. Will be my 4th time this coming Saturday. Ugh
