Does Government-wide mean the Governmental funds + the enterprise fund? or does it mean all of the funds together? I know it is the full accrual method i just don’t get what funds go with government-wide and how that differentiates from “governmental”?

Govt agencies keep 2 sets of books. One uses fund accounting, and the other uses govt wide accounting (full accrual).

On the Gov-wide F/S you're going to have “Governmental Activities” which consist of all governmental funds PLUS internal service funds (since they primarily serve the government) and “Business-type Activities” which includes all enterprise funds. Fiduciary funds won't be on the Gov-wide F/S.
