@tncincy dont focus on bizlaw too much. dont go into the minutiae. its not that big a part of the exam. just know the broad concepts and if you get some obscure bankruptcy question then ohwell guess and move on its the luck of the draw. i spent about a day on biz law. thats it. (and i still beat moniker by one point on REG 😀 he beat me by one point on AUD though)

this thread is an awesome example of expectation vs reality as far as walking out of a test goes. look at Biff's third post on the first page of this thread. the poor guy started hammering MCQ's for two weeks after the exam while awaiting the score because he was so sure he failed and going to need a REG retake. walked out with an 84. these exams have a way of messing with us!

i kept studying for REG too after i took it – was surprised by my actual score. i thought the sims got me. and i took eesti's advice on bus law and didn't hammer that section as hard.
although, he does tax for a living and should have beat me by more than 1 point 🙂

Speaking of business law – The UCC is driving me nuts – and I usually like this stuff.

I'm studying for REG right now and I want to poke my eyes out! I loved FAR & AUD. But, REG…ugh. It's so nuanced and every time I think I have the right answer, I forgot one small step in the calculation. Good thing I have a little less than 4 more weeks to get this stuff down!

    FAR - Passed (04/16) ROGER
AUD - Passed (05/16) ROGER & Ninja MCQs
REG - Passed (07/16) ROGER & Ninja MCQs
    BEC - 08/16

Hey Biff! Congrats on passing REG! I'm actually retaking REG in July and just recently bought Ninja MCQs. Do you recommend only focusing on the Ninja MCQs or should I take a shot at the simulations as well?

@ Lu I would focus mainly on the MCQ, but I would definitely make it a point to run through the simulations at least once just so you have an idea of what to expect on them.
