So I’ve been interning at this firm in NYC and have been talking to the recruiter who brought me in. It’s pretty much been implied by her that I’ll be continuing as a full-time associate but she never specified when I’d get that offer letter. Now that busy season is over, I want to email her asking about if/when I’ll get an offer or if I should start applying/interviewing at other firms. But I don’t know the most professional way to email her and ask her. Any help would be great?

In my opinion I don't think I would ask when/if you are getting hired but, rather, express your appreciation for the opportunity to intern with the company, state how much you enjoyed your experience, and let her know that you would be very honored to continue with the firm as a full-time associate.

Agree with Andy. Also, maybe even call her instead of emailing her. Makes it more personal and sincere to get your point across.
