Just took FAR and realized in the last testlet that I forgot to enter “0” in the blanks for the other two testlets. One of which was a majority blank, over 10 boxes. Is there any chance the sims get a once over from a human grader or did I just shoot myself in the foot?

Your test will not be looked at by a human grader, I think the only time this occurs is on the written response of BEC if you're close to passing. With that said, I would not worry too much about not entering 0's. While it ultimately depends on what the instructions said on the SIM, both a blank cell and a 0 will be counted as equal. The only time it will not give you credit is if it was specifically in the instructions to leave the cell blank or enter in a 0.
