For anyone that has had their employer fill this out to get their license, did you have them add an attachment for the optional explanation of “good moral character or technical fitness” part? Should I have mine do it? I just want to get it out the door and to the state but I don’t know how much that is taken into account by the state or if it helps/hurts to have it or not??? Any feedback would be helpful.

I just got my FL license last month, and no I didn't get my boss to attach a statement. My boss just check marked no to the part about if there's anything that would impair my ethical/technical fitness/moral character.
