I almost hurl every time I think about score release. This is the most intense thing everrrrr! If I fail FAR, I lose REG. If I pass, I will be finished. I’m just over here trying not to throw up on my mac while I impatiently wait.

So this is my first score release… How do I check my score and will the scores come out at midnight?

If your state is a NASBA state, you just go to the NASBA website. Under the Exam tab, there is a a button that says “get score” Then you just type in the section number from your NTS and your birthdate.

Is there any way to know when my score was submitted to NASBA? I took it the last day of the testing window. 🙁

I just filled out my license and experience verification forms. I hope I didn't jinx myself.

@AshleyL. Or log into CPA Central and it will be on the user dashboard. I'm not sure how soon they update it there, but I checked around 6AM the morning of score release and it was updated.

The phases of me after taking a Section of the Exam:

1. As soon as I come out of the exam I am exhausted, but I still manage to remember some of the questions and look them up and psych myself out.

2. The next 4-5 days I'm always thinking about the exam, people will be talking to me and it goes through one ear and out the other.

3. Three days before release I'm generally calm, my thoughts are basically what's done is done.

4. Night of score release I get super anxious and have the doomsday clock as a permanent tab on my computer all day.

5. At ll:55 I am spamming F5 because sometimes you can beat the crowd and avoid a crash. At this point I'm having an adrenaline dump and my score doesn't really hit me til about the next day.

@jgr1982 , I need your level of confidence! If I passed REG, I'm finished as well. Hope we're all celebrating here in a few days! I don't plan to check my score until Sunday. During score release, I'll be in Colorado for a wedding in which I'm a groomsman. In fear of my trip being potentially ruined, I've decided not to check until I return home to Atlanta. Hopefully it won't be too difficult to refrain from looking at the (hopefully) 75 or greater!

So I took BEC on 1/26, is there somewhere that should say the AICPA received my exam? Also I read BEC exam results could take a week longer due to the physical scoring of written communications…….i'm praying it didn't have to go to that extent.

I can't stop second guessing my Audit score. I have passed Far (77) and BEC (88) and I am taking Reg this Monday 2/27. My Audit scores come out on the 23rd. I NEED to pass because I move out of the country for two years in April. I feel like MCQ got harder, but there were some some “easy” questions in the “hard testlet” and I think the SIMS were the best I could ask for. I feel pretty confident in them. I am worried this in jinxing me and I really bombed.

This wait is killing me. The past month has gone by sooooo slowly. I just want to be done. It's been strange getting home from work and not studying but I'm really hoping I don't have to get back to it after Thursday.

It's only a number guys….relax.

You can't let an exam take hold over your lives. After FAR I don't think about the exam till score release. Life must continue. 🙂
