Is it a guaranteed fail if my MC testlets seemed so stay at the same level of difficulty? How much should I worry about this?

You need not worry about it.

    1. Please refer to this post. It's a great post :

    2. In my own experience, I thought I did terrible in the second testlet so I got “easy” for my 3rd testlet. Turns out my 3rd testlet was still a “difficult”.

    3. Let see a real example from 2016 released question in FAR

    MULTIPLE CHOICE – DIFFICULT

When the direct method of preparing a statement of cash flows is used, an enterprise should provide a
reconciliation of net income to net cash flows from which activity?
    A. Investing.
    B. Financing.
    C. Operating.
    D. No reconciliation should be provided.

    Seriously, How is that difficult?

Nothing is guaranteed with this exam process. I've seen people absolutely convinced they failed who passed, and vice versa. Could be they really did get harder and you were well prepared, could be they were easier but on your weaker topics. The other thing is one of the greatest mysteries on the planet is the scoring process for this exam, could be for all we know everybody who gets question 3 right passes lol.

It actually could be a good sign. Perhaps you really knew your stuff, so nothing felt like it was difficult. That's what happened to me in BEC. Nothing felt difficult, but I got a 90. In AUD, EVERYTHING felt insanely crazy from the very beginning, but it's simply because they hit me with a whole bunch of questions that all related to the same topic – one that I was not at all familiar with. I was absolutely convinced that I failed. However, looking back, I'm guessing that topic was in pilot, and the majority of those questions were pre-test, because I managed to get a 97.

DO NOT fret about your score. There is nothing you can do at this point to change it, and there's no way to determine your outcome until you get your score. Charge ahead, and focus on your next test.

    BEC - 90 - 2/04/2016
    AUD - 97 - 2/29/2016
    FAR - 92 - 4/19/2016
    REG - 88 - 5/19/2016
