I take my exam on Saturday and I am completely worried about the simulations. I took the practice exam and I got I think about an 80% on the MCQ and I just BOMBED the simulations. They overwhelm me too much and I get way too stressed out about it. I’m like 99% positive I’m going to fail just because I can’t handle the sims. There’s so much information and I just blank on all of it. To top it off the topics in FAR are my weakest topics in all of accounting. I’d take tax and audit over the financial stuff any day, I hate it.

Can anyone give me some study tips to cram all this in? I’ve been studying for what seems like forever and it isn’t sticking for whatever reason.

Although it probably isn't what you want to hear, I think you should pick SIMS from your weakest areas, and grit your teeth and work through them until finally you get them right. Set up sizeable goals – like working 1 SIM a day, versus trying to tackle eight and losing your mind. I have found that working through SIMS is incredibly hard – and it's things I learn the hard way that I never forget.
