I failed with a 73….
I didnt study at all during the 3 weeks i waited to get my score. I reset my ninja mcq and started going at it again. Im averaging/trending mid 70’s. I know i need to do more then just hit mcq’s so i think this is my strategy:
I originally used becker for my review but had a lot of issues with understanding concepts. I revisited my troubled parts multiple times but still had issues. I recently started using the ninja book and already like the layout of it so i plan to use only the ninja book for my retake. While i read the ninja book/take notes for about 2-3 hours per day (i should be done with review in about 3 weeks), i plan to hit ninja mcqs to keep it fresh in my mind (maybe 2 or 3 sets of 30 questions per day).
Once im done with reviewing the ninja book, i will hit the mcq’s hard and mix in sims too. Since i used ninja mcq for my first attempt, i am affraid i may be memorizing answers.
Here’s where my plan gets tricky, its late march, i plan to take my test early june. Probably around early may i am thinking of buying another mcq test bank (either wiley or gliem) to give me a broader range of questions. I will use both test banks and sims the last month of my preparation.
Sounds like a solid plan?
