FAR making silly mistakes

I am noticing i am making silly mistakes on easy questions. Instead of subtracting something i add etc. Anyone had this type of issue, any suggestion that worked for you?

Slow down, I noticed when I’m towards the end of my study time, I get sloppier. Sometimes stepping away for five minutes or so helps out.
