FAR in March – best approach?

I’m planning on taking FAR for the first time on March 9th. I’m optimistic that this could be my last section, but I’m a tax guy and busy season will cut my study time to 3 hours a night plus weekends. I’m currently using Roger and I’ve had good luck with it this far, but I’m curious if Ninja materials would be a good alternative given the truncated timeline. Are they more streamlined and only focused on items that I know I’ll see or should I just try to get through all the Roger sections?

I love Ninja MCQ, but I am not thrilled about their other materials. Notes are ok, I haven't done the book, but I personally like Becker book better (my primary review course), the audio is good when are you in review phase. Maybe do Roger lectures, and MCQ from Ninja? I haven't yet done their SIMS, so don't know what they are like. Becker SIMS kind of prepare you for the real (not based on my first attempt, though!)

I am in the similar situation, scheduled FAR on March 10th and I am also studying with Roger. Have you finished the textbook yet? I am on Chapter 17 and I hope I can finish the book in one/or two weeks. I want to buy a supplmentary test bank so I can practice more TBS and DRS. I heard people recommend NINJA MCQ, Wiley test bank and Gleim. But I am not sure which one has good DRS practices.

Hi @anyatver, can we purchase Becker SIMS individually without buying the whole package?

    Thanks and have fun studying

@mccpa-I don't think SIMS come separate from the review course

@4matic, did you study for AUD and REG only using Roger? Just curious. I took FAR recently only using Roger. I would chime back in once I find out my scores.

I have used Roger for every section and I have had good luck. I felt like I was well prepared for each section, except the sims I just had on AUD
