Just took my first FAR final exam in Becker, none of my answers saved. Gave me a 0 so pretty much a waste. Am I missing something? I had every MCQ selected and once I hit submit it said I had one or more questions incomplete. I went back through and none of the questions were left unanswered.So I just kept going

Someone told me that if you don't put anything in the TBS area it doesn't give you a score. You didn't specify if you did the sims, but if you didn't, you need to at least put zeros next time (on at least one of them).

I did all the sims as well, same result. I just went back through all the questions just selecting a random answer so I can review and it still hows all of them as incomplete. not sure whats going on.

That is really weird and frustrating! I have no idea what could be the cause …

I suggest you call the Becker Customer Service and they should be able to direct you to their IT to fix the problem. They should be able to retrieve the work you've completed for your review. I remember having technical issues with their software last year. It was really frustrating because they first agent was unable to figure out what my problem was. The IT guy was able to fix it only next day. They had me change/update my password the following day.

@stozzo88, did you call Becker for this issue?

I worked on final test practice today with 10 minutes left when I clicked the exit button. It saved my three testlets but my SIM testlet shows completely blank. Bummer!

I called Becker they said someone will contact me….still waiting. Great customer service right. I did though figure out my issue. It seems as though the final exam is not compatable with Firefox. Switched to internet explorer and it did what it was supposed to. Just took FAR about 30 min ago, pretty fried

I was going to tell you the same thing happened to me and I also use Firefox primarily.

Same thing happened to me. I called Becker customer support and they had me install their desktop version.
