Are the actual exam questions similar to Becker? I am doing terrible on it averaging in the mid 50’s. I hate doing all the calculations it literally took me over 2 hours to do 40 calculation problems. Any advice on how to study for this section? I do plan on purchasing the Ninja MCQ once i get through all the becker material. Sadly, I am only finishing up Chap 1 and I already wanna cry.

FAR is hard to study for. The MCQ are prone to be less involved than the study material. I wasn't 100% happy with Becker for FAR, but others have used it with good results. My main suggestion is just try to work through the material once then go back to refine.

Gotcha. I do hope to work the MCQ at least 2 times for this section. I was poor at managing my study time for AUD and wasn't able to get through both practice exams so hopefully this won't happen for FAR. Thank you!

Becker I would 2nd is NOT great.

However, what I did is take all the MCQs and write out detailed answers in notebooks and then highlighted the hell out of them and wrote more notes when I did them again for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time.

Do them over and over and over. “Star” the good ones and re-do them a few times. Once you've done 'em once you don't need to do them again and again. Just review how you arrived at your answer in the notebooks.

Jason, I agree I don't like using Becker either. I wish companies allow us to choose our review course. I like Roger's teaching style but I don't have the money to pay for his course since I am not starting until August of this year and still in the process of paying for classes to meet the 150. I see that you are taking FAR in a few weeks. Best of luck!
