Basically tried to cram REG in before changes. Came to the realization I won’t make it all the way through. Can get through videos and maybe all MCQ once. No time for review or to review ALL the questions I missed.

Do I give it a go before changes or move it back? Is the possibility of passing > than possibly saving $250?

it really depends on how confident you feel after the first pass at that material. Some people can remember and understand the material after seeing the questions once. It's not a question for the forum, you have to self evaluate.

I say go for it! The wait for this score release isn't very long (you should find out your score by March 24). You just might pass, which would be awesome to avoid the changes. Yeah, possibly losing $250 sucks, but it's worth a shot.

I am in the same boat as you. My personal opinion is that there is no harm in trying to take this exam due to the changes besides forfeiting the money. We would get the score back on the 21st of March and if we really wanted to, we could continue to study for it and take it when the new version comes out in April.

Think of all the times you made a bad choice for lunch, and it was overpriced. Pretend that 250 is just a few of those and go for it!

I went into REG unprepared as well but was very happy that I took the test. I don't know the results yet but even if I fail (which is likely) it was great to get the experience.
