Extending NTS with NASBA??!

    Has anyone extended the NTS successfully lately with NASBA under the exception policy?

    It is very very tough to meet the exception. There are generally 3 things you can't escape in life… Death.. Taxes… And NTS expiration.

    A - 68, __ (got bumped from Aug 4 release to Aug 23-THANKS AICPA)
    R - Oct
    F - Nov (HA! 1 month to study working full-time; love NTS rules)

    There are a couple of states that will do a one time no questions asked extension but most require an extreme situation, like hospitalization or death of an immediate family member.

    I know, don't think with all the $ we paid, should they still qualify as NFP? Jk. Back to studying…
