I have a quick question, and I am very sorry if someone here has addressed this or I should already know the answer. Does anyone know that after the exam changes in April this year, will they still extend the testing window 10 days into the non-test quarter months as they are right now? Or will this be going away and we will be back to the old way?

No 10 day extension in Q2 (i.e. No June testing in 2017) but it will be reinstated in Q3 and Q4 2017. See the CPA FAQ page on NASBA.org for more details.
