Has anyone ever had an exam cancelled due to weather? I live in MD and received notice that my exam tomorrow (12/9) is cancelled. I was wondering if anyone got an extension on the testing window so I don’t have to wait until the next testing window (January) to take my exam.

Lol Shawn in VA's ignorance is astonishing. “Trying to help someone out” by charging them $1500 is just hilarious and you're humiliating yourself.

I almost tested 12/09 in wash DC good thing I didn't. I would have been screwed like the rest of you nimwads. I was sick as a dog on 12/10 and the days leading up. walked into promtric with 101.3 fever. Must have been the adrenaline BUT WOW did not slow me down a bit I
was like Michael Jordan in that finals game against Utah Jazz when he was was sick. I walked out feeling I have a chance. that never happen i am usually indifferent but not this time

Honestly I don't think anybody cares that you were sick and what you did/didn't do.

I was wondering why everyone was jumping on Shawn.

Damn, Shawn, I can respect the hustle but you probably shouldn't post something like that on this forum.

Your logic is that someone would spend $1,500 for your seat as opposed to losing a credit and paying another $200 to retake in January. Seems legit.

its not the money. the person has to retake in early JAN wait until late jan/ early feb to find results out. AND waste a window to test. If someone is losing credit 12/31 on a part they passed…$1500 is a drop in bucket

there is NO guaranty the state board will extend you credit based on prometric closing for weather.

The MD state may grant a conditional extension but you will need to contact them. My BEC credit expired 12/10 but they granted me an extension due to the closures on 12/9.
