I just sat down to take the ethics exam and got an 84… I purchased the online course (8 hours) a few months ago and watched a few hours of it before almost falling to sleep, so I decided to give the test a shot from looking up the answers during the exam. There were about 10 questions which were very subjective and didn’t have a clear answer. I used google searches to look up the answers and the AICPA pdf code found here:

Is there a PDF that people are using that has these answers, or is there a book I should have purchased/read before taking this exam? Any advice? Thanks for your help.

I bought the same product, let me try to shed you some light. Once log in, please look under the RESOURCE TAB( it is in the Up RIGHT hand corner), then click in STUDY GUIDE). Just read very careful in between the lines.

Hi All,

Am having tough time in understanding the following –
confused with C corp, S corp and Partnership –
1. Formation – basis and gain/loss
2. distribution (nonliquidating & Liquidating) – basis and gain/loss

Has anybody made a comparison between the 3 entities with regard to formation and distribution?
