Error rescheduling Prometric

    Hi everyone.

    I’m trying to reschedule my FAR exam from 2/22 to 2/29 when I’m in the last window and click complete appointment the following message shows:

    Error – We were unable to book your appointment. Please return later to start your appointment selection again.

    Does anyone have this message?

    I called Prometric this morning. The rep told me that they're having problems with their website and that it might take a while for them to fix it. The best way to resched right now is to call them.
