Are the odds of getting a DRS sim the same as getting any other sim or is it a guaranteed sim like the research questions?

Has anyone taken the exam recently and not gotten a DRS?

It's not guaranteed. I have yet to get a DRS

I haven't received a DRS on either exam I have taken thus far, which were both in the 4th quarter.

I took REG a couple weeks ago and didn't get one. How did you bump your REG score by 10 points? I bombed my sims and I'm already planning on a retake.

Respect, The ONLY thing I did differently was a lot of ninja MCQ. I didn't use them the first time at all. I was taking practice exams the day before and scoring 55% on one and 85% on another. It was so random. I honestly have to believe with REG, you just get lucky with your exam questions. I made sure the second time around to study more of the law part as well, I didn't think it would be a big deal but on BOTH parts it was HEAVILY tested, more than I anticipated originally. I actually believe the law questions are worth more than the tax questions, so I think I answered all of those correctly and it really bumped up my score.
