I got an email from NASBA today that they will start processing NTS, grade notices beginning Saturday, tomorrow, however the system will not be available until next Monday. Does this mean they switched score release date??

I'm kinda hoping the same thing Emily! I was supposed to receive my score 2/23 and then they pushed it. It's my last one too!

It certainly would be interesting if the system started spitting out the grade reports this weekend.
I assume they would do some on a trial/test basis.

What if after the updates we all get grades whenever they are ready? No more waiting.

They will still need to statistically validate the results.
The public image would suffer so much if all the sudden the pass rates dropped to 10% and they had to back track and regrade a bunch of exams.
Alternatively, if the pass rates suddenly went to 80%.
It needs to stay in that sweet spot to ensure continued prestige.

Speaking of scores… I took my test 2/22 and my CPA Central account still says NTSISSUED? Is this an issue? Or is it just because the changing NASBA gateway?

Yes. you probably won't get your score until December
