Does difficulty of simulations change from medium-difficult?

    I know that MC starts at medium and can change to difficult through the testlets. Does the difficulty of simulations change at all based on the outcome of your MC?

    No everyone gets the same SIMS they started the exam with.

    No..They are pre-selected. Doing well/bad on MCQ will make no difference on what you get in sims.

    yes the SIMS are brutal no matter what. and guess what starting Q2 there will just be more of them.
