I passed all my exams (finally) and I am looking at the requirements for licensure in California and the Criminal Conviction Disclosure form asks “Have you ever been convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere of ANY criminal offense other than a minor traffic violation?” “This
includes a conviction that has been dismissed (AKA “expunged”) pursuant to Sections 1203.4, 1203.4a, or 1203.41 of the Penal Code, including infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies”

I got an MIP (Minor in Possession) when I was 18 for a beer can. I plead youthful offender and and it was taken off my record. Do I need to disclose this?

I got a “traffic ticket” style citation for open container when I was 18 in Virginia Beach (vacation).
They dropped it on the scene from underage possession of alcohol.
I considered it a traffic ticket type offense and did not disclose, but my application specifically says Felony or Misdemeanor.
All my things never amounted to anything more than a violation (after plea/court, etc).

I would think they're only interested in offenses that would be grounds for suspension/expulsion. A beer can is not one of them.
