CPE – Can I use CPE credits from before I got my license?

Hi all,

Quick question on CPE. I obtained my license June 2015 and it expires this June. I have some CPE credits from before I got my license. Can these be counted towards my CPE credits for this year? Or do CPE credits only count after I got my license?

Any insight would be extremely helpful.

Not sure if it's a state by state thing or not, but none of mine did.
