Hello – This is a topic I have heard discussions on so I wanted to share my story. I was arrested for an OUI in MA in 2013 and entered into a CWOF with the state. This happened while in the middle of completing CPA exams and then I worked on additional course credits until 2020 when I applied for a MA license. I did disclose my arrest on my application and my license was approved without hearing anything from the Board about the arrest.
