I think she said modem has problem. Anyway, it’s their network. My mind was upset at that point.

I waited at the front door in the chilly morning then was told I cannot take exam because they have problem with the network for a few days already and not fixed yet. Besides me there were a few other CPA candidates. No one called us to inform the problem until we go there. Bad management for the franchise.

Today, I felt I had best condition that I cannot prepare me better. But I had to miss this quarter. Hopefully I can pass on the first try in 4Q. Any advice for helping me to retain my current level?

Hey try calling the Prometric line and ask their customer representative to schedule the exam for you. See if they have any availability on the 10th (which I believe is the last day to take any exam of Q3). They might have an availability on their calendar not shown on yours for some reason.
