What does this mean? I have taken BEC, score release tomorrow and have NTS issued for AUD…. Do they know something I don’t and it means I failed BEC??? 🙂

No, it just means you already took your first exam.

Once you register for a second NTS, you become a re-examination candidate. Doesn't mean you failed anything. You won't know anything until the score is in your hot little hands =)

    FAR - 78, 5/7/16
    AUD - 87, 7/16/16
    BEC - 8/27/16
    REG - 12/3/16

I havent taken a part yet and mine changed to re-examination candidate, waiting for my first NTS in the next day or so. I assume it means you can apply for another part of the exam at any time
