While I certainly have several “problem areas” that could burn me on the BEC exam, I am afraid if the exam I get is heavily weighted in cost accounting, mark me up for a fail right now. Wow this section is over the top!

The cost accounting and the Financial management sections are super overwhelming. The test does not go into the depth that the study material covers (for the most part, obviously some more complex questions could be sprinkled in).

That's actually my favorite section. The IT stuff keeps getting me, as well as the calculation of GDP.

Thanks MaLoTu. That is sure comforting to know. Financial management, economics, etc, are difficult in their own right; however cost accounting, is absolutely destroying me. 🙂

It took me like three rewatches of a certain Roger lecture before Cost Accounting just clicked into place for me. Even then, I was unable to answer ALL of the questions in practice but as long as you get the fundamentals down you should be good for the exam.
