So I take BEC next Thursday. Scores are released 5/5. There are plenty of seats for this in May at my site. Do I have to wait for my score to be released to make a reschedule appt if I don’t pass? Could I schedule AUD dor the end of May and just change that if I don’t pass?

You cannot reschedule until you get your score. You have to reapply and get another NTS.

Yes, if you have an NTS for any other section you can schedule the same month.

My scores usually came out in 8 days.

    AUD - 74, 99 !!
    REG - 74, 92
    BEC - 83
    FAR - 73, 86

I don't understand why you want to reschedule another test before you find out if you passed or not. If you aren't ready for the test….reschedule it in the first place. The only reason to take a test before you are ready is if your nts is set to expire.

Lifted directly from the NASBA online score release page:

NOTE: You must wait at least 48 hours before registering to retake any sections of the examination you did not pass.

    B - 77 (2.27.16)
    A - 81 (4.18.16)

@Joe C…..I'm not saying everyone is totally prepared…but asking about scheduling a re-test for a test that hasn't happened yet doesn't make sense. There are many reasons why people don't pass…but worry about that after you get your score….not before you even take the test. Also, you should keep your AUD date….if you take BEC next week….the soonest you can take it again is July. You can only take each test once per testing window.

Joe just remember if you take BEC in April and need to retake it, the soonest you can take BEC again is July 1. You are not allowed to sit for the same section twice in the same testing window. So if you take BEC next Thursday just go ahead and start studying for your next section. Its very common to walk out believing you failed but pass, and to walk out believing you scored well and failed so your gut on test day means almost nothing.

Hopefully you'll just pass BEC but if not you're basically back to square 1 either way.
