Okay, this is not my first rodeo, so maybe I’m just brain dead today.
Just got my NTS for FAR and BEC. My NTS says earliest I can take FAR is 4/1/16 and latest I can take it is 10/01/16. Okay, I get it. Six-month window starting in April, no problem.
But then, my NTS says that the earliest I can take BEC is 3/16/16 and the latest is 9/16/16. It’s a six-month window yes, but since when can we take exams in March? I’m assuming nothing has changed and I wouldn’t be allowed to take an exam at all in September, but shouldn’t I get the option to take it on Oct 1?
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this normal, or should I contact NASBA? I guess in the end, it won’t make a difference because I am taking BEC in April, but if NASBA screwed up my NTS, I think they should know.
Second, when I scheduled my BEC and FAR exams, my Prometric appt duration said 3.5 hours for BEC and 4.5 hours for FAR. I don’t remember seeing this before, or I know I would have questioned it. It used to be 3 and 4 hours. Are we getting an extra 30 minutes for the exams now, or is Prometric adding the time for check-in procedures?
AUD - 77
REG - 73, 80
FAR - 69, 73, 79 and DONE!
BEC - 82
