    Helloo friends,
I cleared REG and BEC, and am not sure which one to tackle first FAR or AUD ? I want to take the next exam somewhere in December, before the testing window closes. Please suggest and help!

    Why not both? 🙂

What are you stronger at? Most thing Far is the toughest, and there is some overlap from FAR in AUD. Based on that, I would say FAR first. Also how much time you have to study this quarter matters. FAR is a lot longer study than AUD for most. Becker puts them at 120 hours and 90 respectively.

I agree with HDCPA. Go for FAR.

Thank you for you responses @HDCPA @Cynthia I am working full time with a big 4, and it will be a little too much to handle both AUD and FAR together with work. I'll go ahead with FAR, I am most nervous about FAR, its vast!! Any leads of a plan how to tackle both ?

I recommend FAR. Taking FAR then AUD after FAR makes AUD much more doable. The baselayer of information you cover in FAR is crucial to understanding AUD.

If you can only do one, I would go FAR first for sure. As you can see from my timeline below, this is not what I did. Definitely wouldn't recommend waiting until last for FAR. I got lazy and lost motivation because of the sheer amount of material it involves, which is part of the reason it took me so long to study for.

@Dev12, I studied quite long for FAR in comparison to the other exams- right at 8 weeks. I would guess I averaged about 12-15 hours a week while I was doing this. So I would say 100-120 hours for me. I guess it might vary some- I had coursework and governmental/NFP experience that was very helpful.
