Since Baharain is a very small country they have very limited slots available to take the exam, while applying for my NTS I mentioned that I would take the exam in Bahrain. However due to limited slots I had to change my test location to Dubai. This is not mentioned on my NASBA online portal. It still says Bahrain on my online portal

Will this be a problem? How can this be rectified? Can’t I give the exam in Dubai?

My guess is the UAE Prometric won't allow you to schedule your exam if your NASBA portal and NTS specify Bahrain as your testing location. I'd call NASBA Support to inquire about this issue. Also, doesn't your nationality or country of residence decide which location you take the exam in? I'd check if you're allowed to take the exam in UAE in the first place.
