    Hi all,

I just found out I didn’t pass AUD. I was trying to reapply and take it ASAP but just found out that CBA is “behind” (surprise) and it takes them now roughly 6 weeks to process reapplication fee and issue a voucher. Then if I am not mistaken NASBA takes another week or two to issue NTS. All this dinosaur process is so frustrating. Do candidates from another states need to go through the same timeline for a retest? I mean over two months for NTS is just unbelievable since we only have 18 months to pass all four sections. Any input?

I have posted a rant about the same situation you’re in right now before so I totally know your frustration. Unfortunately there’s not a whole lot you can do right now except literally start the application process ASAP. But one thing that helped me moving forward was regardless of how confident I was in passing whatever section I just took, as soon as your exam attendance registers on your account you are free to start a new application. So basically what I did was within 24 hours of attending an exam, I would start a new application, pay the $50 fee and send that in for processing. Most of the time by the time the scores are released my application has already been processed and is just waiting for me to select the sections I want to take. Select those and then submit for payment and NTS. If you wait to re-apply after score release you basically set yourself back anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months :/

I know they take forever to process reapplications. But once they approve and process the check, it takes roughly 2-3 days for NASBA to process and 1-2 days to issue a new NTS.

I agree with Justin. The NASBA piece mkved very quickly each time.

@Mike, I never thought of that! Thank you so much, I will for sure do it after next exam. But all things apart, how come we need to wait so long when in other states it takes literally minutes to reapply. How unfair

That's horrible. In IN it took me about 1-2 days to get a reapplication request. I considered applying in IL since I live close to the border, but seems like being in a non-NASBA state just creates more hassle to already stressful process.

I emailed the board and politely said “Be on the look out for my reapplication check and form” in a day or two it was processed. Took about 10-14 days. Not six pathetic weeks. Closed mouths dont get fed.
