Does anyone know how to file a formal complaint against the CBA for lack of transparency and lack of due care? We need to be Whistleblowers and let the CBA’s superiors know what is really going on. Even one of those “Online Petitions with Signatures” may work.

I hate to be the one who starts this thread, but this is just ridiculous. Two times in a row and we cannot view our scores? I studied 200+ hours for my REG exam.

I apologize if this post violates the rules on this Forum Jeff and thank you for letting us voice our opinions and suggestions. I don’t like to complain, but I feel like the CBA has finally crossed the line this time.

I've seen the Online Petitions before, but I have never made one. I feel we have a duty to make sure we receive adequate services from the CBA considering how much money and time we have invested into the CPA process. I don't know if our complaint would make needed changes, but at least it would get the CBA'a attention. That's my 2 cents without crying a river! Lol.

I finally could log in, but my credits I already got are gone from the tab of status.
Now it shows No Credit for four subjects. I don't know what happened!

Here is the page of the CBA board members. Maybe we should write them letters explaining what happened. A lot of them are CPAs, so they should sympathize.
