Hey guys, I am desperately trying to take REG before Sept 10 but CA CBA hasn’t approved me yet. Their current processing time is at 8-9 weeks, which puts me at August 22-29, and I still need permission from NASBA.
1- Do you think that Prometric will still have spots open if I get approval in that timeframe?
2-If I don’t get approval in time, should I start studying for BEC in the 3 dead weeks so I can take both tests in Q4?
    Thanks!

Hi Simone, Prometric has a “Seat Availability Tool” that allows you to see what is available without an NTS.
This is sort of the progression of screens…Prometric > Locate a Test Center > CPA > Seat Availability Tool > California > Search for Availability > REGULATION >
If you are unable to take REG by Sept 10th you can begin studying for BEC if you are comfortable with that. I personally would not be able to do that.
