Quick question guys. So I graduated from college in Southern California in May 2014 in business admin with acct and finance concentrations which provided me with all the educational requirements for the exam.
I took a break from the CPA and never completed it because I was an idiot but now I’m back I want to complete it ASAP. I can pass 1 or 2 exam this year but not all 4 before 2017 starts.
Looking online and found this https://www.dca.ca.gov/cba/applicants/tip_sheet2017.pdf. Says on Jan 1, 2017 the requirements call for ‘Minimum 3 semester or 4 quarter units in accounting ethics or accountants’ professional responsibilities’. Would I have to go back to school to complete this 1 class? How does this work if I have passed 1 or 2 parts by the end of the year and suddenly I don’t meet the education requirements when the new year starts.
Thanks for reading this guys!
