    Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else has has this experience recently or if I should call the CBA. I sent in an application to re-apply for an exam last a week and a half ago – last Friday (the 18th) after I found out my AUD score. I then heard from the CBA on this past Thursday – the 24th and submitted my exam choice. I submitted my choices Thursday, but haven’t heard back about paying my exam fees. This used to always be exactly the next day, so it should have been last Friday the 25th. Does anyone know if they have changed this process? It was super fast and then slow, so much different than I am used to! Let me know 🙂

It's variable, so just be patient. I can imagine the score release changes have them pretty busy at this point.

You are right, I am sure. I have applied many times and always got the payment coupon literally the day after I selected my exams, so it was just freaking me out a bit. Thanks for making me feel better! 🙂

They can be as slow as a marble making its way through a jar of very thick honey. I remember it took them over 2 months to evaluate my non-complicated academic transcripts.
They WILL respond to you. But, if it involves paperwork, they may take awhile. You can always put in a phone call to them. But, I get the impression that the “Exam Unit” consists
of like 3 older ladies who are basically slave-drivers…one evaluates transcripts, one issues NTS's and deals with all the computer-related stuff with NASBA/AICPA and posts the scores and stuff to our online accounts, and the third answers the phones and serves as customer service coordinator. Trust me, they have A LOT to do. I guess they're government employees, so probably earn a decent wage – but their jobs are tedious and I don't think they work fast. Hang in there, they'll respond sooner or later.
