I live in FL and I need a second Business Law class. I already have Business Law 1…Keiser University offers Legal and Ethical Environment of Business, Advanced Contract and UCC Law, and Management Law and Employee Relations. Will any of 3 classes count as my as upper level class? Thank you in advance.

Are you sure you need a second BL in FL? I thought they just changed the rules:

Effective July 11, 2016, the business law requirement to sit for the exam and to pursue licensure has been reduced. You are now only required to complete three (3) semester hours or four (4) quarter hours of business law with coverage of contracts, torts, and UCC.

I wish I'd heard they were thinking about changing the rule before they did it. I literally finished my second BL class a month and a half before the change. This after running around like crazy looking for an online class that didn't require you to enroll in grad school/take the GRE, sigh.
