I have heard conflicting reports on the Business Law portion of the Reg exam.

I know Becker tells you it will be roughly 20% of the exam (even though it takes up almost 40% of the study material) and I Heard that chapter 8 isn’t tested nearly as much as chapters 6 and 7. I have also heard that there are NO sims on the business law section.

Can anyone comment on their experience with this? Does 20% seem accurate? Is Becker R8 forgotten in the law questions (Suretyship, Agency, Employer-employee law, Antitrust etc for all you non Becker users)? Is it safe to assume that I will not get a Business Law sim?

Any help would be appreciated!

I know what Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 mean but I don't know anything about Chapter 6. XD

I would expect business law to be about 20% of the exam. I definitely wouldn't assume there are no business law simulations. I legally can't be more specific than that.
