I am going to take REG this Saturday (1/6) before my busy season starts. I am currently memorizing those business law stuffs. Though I did have blaw class back in college but I remembered nothing from it. Any suggestion on how I should handle blaw in this short time frame?

@ly741237952 It depends on the study course/material you're using. In my experience, using Becker, I supplemented with Flash Cards, took the final review course, and I used NINJA products (notes, audio, MCQs). Though I knew BLaw wasn't as heavily tested as tax for the REG section, it should be easy points if you know the material (commercial paper, agency law, contract law, and the list goes on and on).

I would just say hit the BLaw material hard in whatever course you're using, while continuing to review the tax material (since that's the majority of testable material).

Looking at your scores, MASTER the tax stuff and you'll get upper above 80. flashcard for business law to get into the 90s. I completely skipped it and got 82
