Hi fellow candidates,

I completed FAR and AUD with Becker, but am considering a new review course for REG and BEC. A very important consideration for me is the quality of the Android mobile app. The reviews for the 2017 Becker app on the Google Play store are pretty dismal, which makes me inclined to look for another provider. At the very least I want to be able to work multiple choice questions on the go with explanations, ideally that sync with my online portal.

What are people’s experiences with 2017 CPA review mobile apps?

I used the Becker app on a droid, and it was fine for me.

Other than reading the textbook, I did 100% of my AUD questions with the Gleim app on Android. They sync to their servers and you can pause and resume on another platform.

The other sections can get a little uncomfortable at times on mobile (i.e. those infamous publisher's questions with REG and FAR) so I'd just skip those until I got in front of the computer. BEC shouldn't be too bad until you get into some of the financial analysis.
